MDUC

This week at the Magnolia Down Under Challenge we needed to produce a card that wasn't a square or a rectangle. So as I lay in bed I had a mad idea what about a 3D card! Well it was more stressful than expected but here is the end result.

Sorry about the flash on the camera, its a 3D treasure box with Tilda stuck on the side with a tab which tucks behind her boot. Here are a few close ups and the Copic colours I used. I have been on You Tube and I am trying to develop the flicking technique and I have been really pleased with the results. I do find this technique difficult in smaller areas and any tips would be appreciated.

As you can see I also need tips on photography at night as no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get them to look just right.

  1. This looks great sam!! awesome job!! And great idea, taking photos of your copics rather than listing them all!! I never take photos at night, always wait till the next day and take the pics outside!! Much better quality pics in natural light.. But that's just me!!
